  5. Hello  all  you  gamefreaks out their ! It's time to present  the 
  6. short  information about the latest games.I think the whole  part 
  7. about  games  within this issue seems to be very short  but  next 
  8. time we'll ! Now,let's goon !!!

  16. A  star  is born !  This is the right indication for  the  latest 
  17. product  by epyx because 'SUMMER EDITION' is the best  sportsgame 
  18. ever  published on the ST.Their have been some conversions  which 
  19. we  have  forgotten caused by their low quality.Names  as  'world 
  20. games'  lost all motivation while working on the  Atari  ST.  But 
  21. this game  shows  great graphics  and   super   animation  . Eight 
  22. disciplines  have  to  be mastered by the  player  and  each  one 
  23. starting  with  bowshooting  till  gymnastics  consist  of   good 
  24. technical work and are well done.The parts need exact control and 
  25. much carefull feeling.Everybody searching a new great  sportsgame 
  26. should run to his softwareshop to get this new HHHIIIIITTT !!!!!!

  41. 'Altered  Beats'  is  one of these games  coming  from  the  slot 
  42. machines  then mega-drive,C64 and then Am...  and last but  surly 
  43. not  least ST.I hope the losing of quality will stop before  this 
  44. version.The aim of the game is once more to help a beautiful girl 
  45. which was kidnapped by some monsters !  Impossible that this game 
  46. will keep without anemies !  Wild zombies,dogs and other horrible 
  47. creatures will come.Your weapon is your blank fist and with  this 
  48. item  you have to kill one by one .  Some times a white  creature 
  49. will appear and after killing it a special item will be left !!!!
  50. Get  it  and we'll get new power.This all about the  game  called 
  51. 'Altered  Beast' !  The screen scrolls a bit shaky from right  to 
  52. the  left  and the anemies attack you comimg  everyware.Level  by 
  53. level you must fight.However ,testing shoot'em up's,the  gameplay 
  54. seems  to be lost .Although I think this game will make  his  way 
  55. through sevearl STs.An average work and somebody thinking he must 
  56. have all games should get also this one !!!!!!!!!

  71. A wave of racing games is moving towards the ST ! First one is the 
  72. game  using  the name 'CONTINENTAL CIRCUS'.The  player  drives  a 
  73. formaula one car and must prove hisself on eight courses.  Before 
  74. driving  the mainrace you've got to qualify by driving  a  needed 
  75. time.But  to qualify you must also drive some parts  within  some 
  76. seconds  otherwise  the  car will give  up.Try  to  aviod  hiting 
  77. another  car  because  then  one loses time  and  caused  by  the 
  78. destructed motor you've to drive into the box to repaire it.  All 
  79. eight  courses have got different background-graphics and next to 
  80. curves  their're  also  risings.Everybody  playing   'CONTINENTAL 
  81. CIRCUS' the first time has got the chance to use eight so  called 
  82. 'Credits',this means you can start again,if you lose a race or  a 
  83. qualification.I  think virgin produces a good conversion and  you 
  84. need not only speed but also good steering !!!!!
